Mariah DeGusseme, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience, including six years of experience in aesthetic medicine. As the owner and founder of TrU Balanced Medical Aesthetics, she is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach, specializing in subtle, natural enhancements that preserve each patient’s unique features while supporting graceful aging.

Mariah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota in 2015 before gaining extensive experience in hospitals across the country, caring for patients in a variety of medical specialties. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from Regis University, combining her passion for medicine with her dedication to aesthetics. Drawing on her background in facial plastic surgery and an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, Mariah develops personalized treatment plans that prioritize safety, facial harmony, and long-term skin health. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance—not change—who you are, helping patients look refreshed, confident, and authentically themselves at every stage of life.

Outside the clinic, Mariah enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through OrangeTheory Fitness and CorePower Yoga, exploring Colorado with her mini Goldendoodle, Mylo, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashlee is a licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician with six years of experience in advanced medical aesthetics and customized skincare. At TrU Balanced Medical Aesthetics, she specializes in treatments including laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8, microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, delivering transformative, results-driven care with a calming, nurturing touch.

With a background in psychology and Ayurvedic medicine, Ashlee embodies TrU Balanced philosophy of blending science and soul. She approaches skin health holistically, recognizing that true radiance comes from treating the whole person, not just the surface. Her passion for ingredient education empowers clients to understand their skin and build intentional home care routines that enhance and maintain their in-office results.
